• Analyzed company-wide opportunities for Internet-based electronic commerce, customer service and direct marketing. Created and proposed a complete phased implementation plan.
• Implemented a full-featured Web site including a product selector database and electronic commerce capabilities for registered VARs and resellers.
• After fully developing the Web site, the necessary training was provided to TechWorks employees to become self sufficient with maintenance and future modifications.

	VintageNet, Inc. (Internet Marketplace for Vintage Musical Instruments) Austin, Texas

• Designed and created the VintageNet Web site as one of the principal founders of an entrepreneurial venture for selling vintage musical instruments over the Internet.
• VintageNet uses a relational database back end and a HTML form front end to allow customers to quickly and easily search our database for their desired vintage instrument.
• Instrument listings utilize the Web's multimedia capabilities by providing images and sound files.

	Trajecta, Inc. (Software Company) Austin, Texas

• This Web site provides in-depth content on Trajecta and their high-end datamining software product, dbProphet.
• Emphasis was placed on an intuitive GUI that allowed users to quickly find the information needed.
• Trajecta was provided with the tools and the training to become self-sufficient with Web site maintenance and future modifications.

	Longhorn Employment Services (Temporary Employment Service) Austin, Texas

• This Web site was developed to reach a growing market segment for Longhorn Employment, temporary workers in the high-tech industry.
• Features include weekly updates of temporary job listings, an online resume form (click here for preview) to register for temporary employment, and useful information for both temporary hires and employers.
• Longhorn Employment was provided with the tools and training to become self-sufficient with Web site maintenance and future modifications.

	Texas Job Reports (Online Job Matching Service) Austin, Texas

• Marketing services include site registration at over 27 search engines and directories across the Internet. Started a targeted cross-linking program with other local Web sites.
• Performed analysis of access log files so that TJR knows exactly who is visiting their site and what pages they are looking at.

	Quadralay Corporation (Software Company) Austin, Texas

• Developed a marketing strategy for Quadralay, an original licensee of NCSA Mosaic and producer of the WebWorks family of Internet commercialization software.
• Included opportunity analysis for Internet software products, specific product development recommendations, and product marketing tactics.
